Have you ever walked into somebody’s home or another type of property and felt uncomfortable without knowing why? Just like ourselves, our homes and offices can contain negative energies, thought forms, and sometimes spirits. These can negatively affect our mood, drain our energy, and at times even contribute to lack of abundance. Sometimes our home or office happens to be built on what used to be a burial ground, a sacred site, or a battlefield; and the energy of that former land use will linger and negatively affect us. These types of negative energetic phenomena can make us uncomfortable in our home, turn potential buyers away from purchasing our home, or even turn prospective customers away from our business. It is a good idea to have a property clearing done when you: * Often feel uncomfortable, distracted, or energetically drained in your home or office * Suspect the presence of spirits (sensing a presence, feeling watched, hearing noises...) * Are moving into a new home or office * Want to get rid of heavy energy in your home after undergoing a positive shift yourself and feeling out of sync with your old environment (great to do this after a Soul Realignment Session, or a divorce for example) * Notice your kids or pets avoiding certain areas of your home * Own a place of business & are dealing with a lot of negativity among employees, or bad vibes coming from competitors * Have children who have frequent nightmares or difficulty sleeping through the night * Are having a hard time selling an otherwise great property (also a useful service for real estate agents!) *** Please note: You must either own the property or be a person leasing/renting it. This clearing is done remotely. You will receive an email informing you of what was found and cleared from the property. The email may not arrive within the time that you booked the appointment for, but should arrive within 24 hours. If you need clarification on anything found, please email me back with your questions within 48 hours. Depending on what is found, if you are sensitive to energy you may feel a shift in the energy of the home within 24 hours of the clearing. If you are seeing/sensing earthbound souls ("ghosts") before the clearing, I can guarantee they will be cleared from the property with this service, or your money will be refunded when you contact me about it after allowing 24 hrs to pass after completion, but within 1 week***
